关于这些条款
Lassomark 是一款 macOS 菜单栏工具，由个人开发者饼饼（以下称「我们」）开发和运营。下载、安装或使用 Lassomark，或购买 Pro 版本，即表示你同意以下条款。
免费功能与 Pro 版本
- 画圈标注、截图、录屏等基础功能免费使用。
- Pro 版本（解锁 Agent 模式）需要购买激活码，一次买断、永久有效，后续版本更新不再收费。
- 每个激活码最多可在 2 台 Mac 上激活。同一台 Mac 重装系统或重装 App 不占用新名额。激活名额不能转移，我们不提供换机或解绑服务；需要在第 3 台 Mac 上使用，请另购一个激活码。
- Lassomark 需要 macOS 13 或更高版本。购买前请先下载免费版，确认它能在你的 Mac 上正常运行。
购买与付款
- 我们的订单流程由在线经销商 Creem 处理。Creem 是所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责收款、开具收据和处理相关税费，并提供与订单有关的客户服务和退款处理。付款环节同时适用 Creem 的买家条款。
- 价格以付款页显示的金额为准，已包含适用的税费。
- 付款成功后，激活码会显示在购买页上；你也可以随时在购买页用邮箱和订单号找回。
- Pro 版本是数字商品，付款后立即交付激活码，售出后不支持无理由退款，例外情况见退款政策。订单退款或发生拒付后，对应的激活码会被作废。
授权范围
购买后，你获得一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，可以在最多 2 台 Mac 上使用 Lassomark Pro。你不可以：
- 公开分享、转售、出租或以其他方式分发激活码；
- 破解、绕过或篡改激活机制，或分发这样做的工具；
- 对 Lassomark 进行反向工程以复制其功能（法律明确允许的除外）；
- 把 Lassomark 用于违法用途，包括未经授权录制他人的屏幕或内容。
违反以上约定的，我们可以作废相关激活码。
你的内容
你用 Lassomark 制作的录屏、截图和标注都归你所有，我们不主张任何权利。App 在本机处理这些内容，不会上传（详见隐私政策）。录制和分享的内容是否合法、是否侵犯他人权利，由你自行负责。
更新与服务
- 我们会持续改进 Lassomark，功能可能随版本调整。Pro 版本的核心能力（Agent 模式）不会改为另行收费。
- 激活凭证在本机离线校验。即使将来激活服务停止运行，已激活的 Mac 仍可继续使用 Pro 版本。
免责声明
Lassomark 按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保证它稳定可靠，但不保证它没有任何错误、能满足你的所有需求，或与所有软件和系统版本兼容。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对使用或无法使用 Lassomark 造成的任何间接损失不承担责任；无论如何，我们承担的责任总额不超过你为 Lassomark 实际支付的金额。
条款变更与适用法律
我们可能会更新这些条款，并更新本页顶部的日期。条款更新后你继续使用 Lassomark，即视为接受更新后的条款；已经购买的授权范围不会因条款更新而缩小。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响你所在地消费者保护法律赋予你的权利。

About these terms
Lassomark is a macOS menu bar app developed and operated by independent developer Bingbing ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Lassomark, or by purchasing Lassomark Pro, you agree to these terms.
Free features and Pro
- Core features — lasso annotation, screenshots and screen recording — are free.
- Lassomark Pro (which unlocks Agent mode) requires an activation code. It is a one-time purchase with a perpetual license; future updates are free.
- Each code can be activated on up to 2 Macs. Reinstalling macOS or the app on the same Mac does not use a new slot. Activations cannot be transferred, and we do not offer moving or unbinding; to use Pro on a third Mac, please purchase another code.
- Lassomark requires macOS 13 or later. Please try the free version first to make sure it works on your Mac.
Purchases and payment
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; it handles payment, receipts and applicable taxes, and provides order-related customer service and refunds. Creem's buyer terms also apply to the payment.
- The price is the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.
- After payment, your activation code is shown on the purchase page, and you can recover it there at any time with your email and order ID.
- Lassomark Pro is digital content delivered immediately after payment, so purchases are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. When an order is refunded or charged back, its activation code is revoked.
License
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lassomark Pro on up to 2 Macs. You may not:
- publicly share, resell, rent or otherwise distribute activation codes;
- crack, bypass or tamper with the activation mechanism, or distribute tools that do so;
- reverse engineer Lassomark to replicate its features, except where the law expressly permits;
- use Lassomark for unlawful purposes, including recording other people's screens or content without authorization.
We may revoke activation codes used in violation of these terms.
Your content
Recordings, screenshots and annotations you create with Lassomark belong to you; we claim no rights to them. The app processes them locally and does not upload them (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for making sure what you record and share is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.
Updates and service
- We keep improving Lassomark, and features may change between versions. The core Pro capability (Agent mode) will not be moved behind an additional charge.
- Activation credentials are verified offline on your Mac. Even if the activation service is ever shut down, Macs already activated keep working with Pro.
Disclaimer
Lassomark is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, meets all of your needs, or is compatible with every app and system version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Lassomark, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Lassomark after an update means you accept the updated terms; updates will never reduce the scope of a license you have already purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
